2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the commercial relationship between ReDo Solutions (seller) and any individual or legal entity (buyer) who places an order on www.redosolutions.com.
By completing an order and ticking the agreement checkbox, the buyer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
3. Products
ReDo Solutions is an automotive engineering company that designs, manufactures and sells its own products, as well as selected auxiliary products, primarily for vehicles equipped with BMW diesel engines. The product range includes, but is not limited to:
• Swirl flap replacement solutions for BMW M47 and M57 engines (stainless steel swirl flaps designed and manufactured by ReDo Solutions)
• Intake manifold gasket sets and sealing components for the intake system
• Auxiliary products for engine maintenance
• Other automotive engineering solutions designed and produced by ReDo Solutions, as listed on the website
The compatibility of each product with a specific vehicle is detailed on the product page. The buyer is responsible for verifying compatibility before placing an order. ReDo Solutions offers a free compatibility check service — send the vehicle chassis number (VIN) to contact@redosolutions.com.
4. Prices
All prices on the website are displayed in EUROS (EUR) and include VAT where applicable under relevant legislation.
Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated separately based on the destination country and displayed during the checkout process.
ReDo Solutions reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of placing the order.
5. Placing an Order
Orders can be placed exclusively through www.redosolutions.com. The order process involves the following steps:
• Adding the desired products to the shopping cart
• Entering personal details and delivery address
• Selecting a payment method
• Accepting these Terms and Conditions
• Confirming and placing the order
After placing an order, the buyer will receive a confirmation email. The sale and purchase agreement is considered concluded upon payment confirmation.
6. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted:
• Credit/debit card via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payments are processed in real time and secured by SSL encryption. ReDo Solutions does not store card data.
• Bank transfer. After placing the order, the buyer receives the necessary bank details. The order is processed after payment confirmation (1-2 business days).
7. Shipping
7.1 Delivery Areas
ReDo Solutions ships worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary by destination and are shown during checkout.
7.2 Estimated Delivery Times
• Romania: 1-3 business days from payment confirmation
• European Union: 3-7 business days
• Rest of the world: 5-14 business days depending on destination
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier conditions, customs procedures, or exceptional circumstances. ReDo Solutions is not liable for delays caused by external factors.
7.3 Customs and Import Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are the buyer's sole responsibility. ReDo Solutions cannot estimate these costs in advance.
7.4 Risk of Loss or Damage
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer when the parcel is handed to the carrier. If damage is observed upon delivery, the buyer must note it on the carrier's documents and contact ReDo Solutions within 24 hours.
8. Warranty
ReDo Solutions provides a 12-month commercial warranty on its own products (designed and manufactured by ReDo Solutions), starting from the delivery date. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. It does not cover:
• Damage caused by incorrect installation
• Damage caused by misuse or use on incompatible vehicles
• Normal wear and tear
• Modifications or interventions by unauthorised third parties
For third-party branded products, the warranty is provided by the respective manufacturer. To claim warranty, contact contact@redosolutions.com with the order number and a description of the issue.
9. Right of Return and Withdrawal
9.1 EU Consumers
Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
9.2 Non-EU Customers
ReDo Solutions reviews return requests from non-EU customers on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at contact@redosolutions.com to discuss your situation.
9.3 Conditions for Return
• Products must be in their original, unused condition with intact packaging
• All accessories originally included must be present
• The order number must be provided
Installed, used, or damaged products cannot be returned.
9.4 Return Procedure
Contact contact@redosolutions.com within the applicable deadline, stating the order number. After confirmation, ship the product at your own cost to the address provided. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method.
10. Liability
ReDo Solutions accepts no liability for: damage resulting from incorrect installation; use of products on incompatible vehicles; indirect or consequential losses; delivery delays caused by external factors. The maximum liability of ReDo Solutions shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.
11. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform its obligations due to a force majeure event (natural disasters, wars, general strikes, government actions, epidemics, etc.), provided the other party is notified within 5 days of the event occurring.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on www.redosolutions.com — including texts, images, product designs, trademarks and the website design — is the property of ReDo Solutions and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Disputes shall be resolved amicably where possible, or through the competent courts of Romania. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
14. Amendments
ReDo Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing changes on the website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
